When you are in an accident it is important to find a good collision center. Many insurance companies will want you to go to their shops but this is not the best thing to do. The insurance companies make deals with some collision centers where they will give them more business if they use cheap after market parts. I learned this the hard way when my car hit a rock on a ski trip and my insurance company pointed me to a shop that did a really terrible job fixing my car. So make sure you do your own research and go to a collision shop that you know is going to use good, factory parts.
