Ethical Corporation Is The Sole Reason
The reason why I left the company that I used to work before even if it pays well is becauase I do not believe in the way they are running things and they way they treat the employees. Suffice to say I was disillusioned after 10 years in the company. I remember I told my boss before that I am not working here because of the money that I am earning but because of the vision that they have. If I am to work for another company, I would want it to be an Ethical Corporation. Like before, I would want to work for somebody who believes in being fair and who cares for it’s employees.
