Fitness Model Program

I have been working out a lot and I feel that I have been following the wrong routine because some parts of my body are getting bigger and other parts are getting smaller. The bad part is that the wrong parts are getting bigger and smaller. Without having to hire a personal fitness trainer I thought that I may be able to do this on my own with a little research and after the fitness model program review I think that I stand a chance to recreate my fitness routine and get the body that I have seen on other people and do it for myself.
