Flip or Flop
Right after we were married we bought a house, my old man and I bought a house, we found one that needed to be flipped. It was a nice four bedroom with a den and family room. We took the bathrooms first. We spent an entire weekend on one. We ripped out the the shower stall and redid that first and then we moved to the new toilet and the floor. Next we decided to buy a daytona beach real estate agent to tell us what to fix next. But we have a bathroom to use and we are of to the kitchen.
