I Should Have Bought One
When I first heard of portable modular exhibition stands, I thought the idea was interesting. When I checked into the price, though, I scoffed and decided that I could make my own for much less money. Now, after investing over a hundred hours of my own time and having to deal with faulty materials and my own limited construction knowledge, I realize that it would have been far better to buy a modular unit that I could easily disassemble and take on the road with me. Have you ever heard the expression, “You get what you pay for?” That is certainly the case for me. You’d think I would have learned my lesson by now!
