With the construction of a major highway in Costa Rica Real Estate market and tourism is sky rocketing. People want to buy up the land on the sides of the road before the highway is built so that the property value will go up once it is built; basically it is buying cheap and watches it rise in value. The highway is going all the way from the capital city of Costa Rica; San Jose, straight to as far as the central pacific coast. This will make transportation for tourists and supplies so much easier and make a lot more money for investors.
