Rental Agreement
We recently purchased a rental condo in Ohio and are trying to write a lease for it. We decided to contact an Ohio Condo Lawyer for help because the state laws for landlords are a bit different in Ohio than where we are from. We really liked the lawyer that we hired and will definitely continue to use him. We found our first tenants and are looking forward to the income that will be coming our way. The condos are in a college town, so renters shouldn’t be hard to find, but we are a bit concerned about the quality of the tenants.
