Doesn’t it seem like there is not a person left in the United States that doesn’t have a cell phone or at least someone in their family? Every new phone has incredible features that have inspired quite a change in the recruiting industry. This is being referred to as SMS recruiting or in other words, contacting through email via the cell phone to potential job candidates. This is a fairly new concept in the job as well as cell phone world but has particularly caught on with the younger crowd. This is especially true regarding recruiting in the sports fields such as colleges.
