Wireless VoIP with Vonage Cordless Headset Solutions
Our company recently switched to Vonage to communicate voice through the internet. The problem was that our cordless headset systems that we were using with our Cisco office telephones were not compatible with Vonage. We called Plantronics tech support and they told us several other models that are compatible with Vonage VoIP solutions. The new Plantronics CS540 wireless headset and Plantronics CS55 wireless headset systems both work. We ended up getting a variety of cordless headsets for the office and call center for our callers to choose from. Upper management received the Plantronics CS520 binaural over the head system to block out distracting noise.
