I don’t know why my parents keep doing Money Transfers to my little sister.

I don’t know why my parents keep doing Money Transfers to my little sister.  Yes I am proud that she got into college on scholarship but she is killing my parents with her expenses while she is there.  I know I should be more supportive but I know she is just wasting their money on stupid stuff.  I think I am going to call her tonight and tell her that she really needs to cool it with asking Mom and Dad for money.
