My Friend Jolene Met the FHA Loan Requirements

My friend Jolene is desperate to buy a house, because her long distance boyfriend is about to move here from his native country. She wants to have everything set up before he gets here. She’s already gotten approved for the FHA Loan Requirements, so that’s one battle that’s already out of the way. Now she can concentrate on finding a home for her and Pierre. She wants his transition to be as easy as possible, and feels a new house would help with that.
