For The Long Haul
Making sure that your motivation is alive is a big part of the success of anyones fitness program. It is easy for us to just give into a bad day and not go to the gym, or skip a meal. You can live your dream and not just in the future either. There is no future there is only right now. If you are looking for a way to lose weight then just do that. It can be tough at times too.
Keeping a workout journal is a great way to stay on top of your workouts and gauge the progress that you have been making. Looking back through a workout journal will show you right there in paper just how far that you have come and just how much progress that you have made. What are you doing to make sure that you are treating yourself the way that you deserve? Make every workout count. Be a winner. Winners win because they are goal setters. Unless you set clear defined goals you are not going to be able to reach any high levels of success in your training or in life in general.
You want to be able to say that you can and that you have. That is very important. Speak positive words on yourself and you will begin to see that a great change has begun to happen in your life. Use bodyweight workouts for fat loss and also muscle building too. Always have fun with your program. THis is when you are going to make the long term progress.
