Yesterday I visited my aunt, She is 75 years old and she has a lot of hobbies. She kept her stamp collection. She collects family pictures and photos of the neighbors’ families as well. She often goes to concerts and even to the movie.
And she is member of a seniors’ walking club. She enjoys meeting people and walking together. They get all the health benefits of walking.
Walking keeps them sound. It can lead to a drop in the risk for chronic illnesses and it can prevent cancer, heart disease, and diabetes as well. Walking have been shown by research to reduce even the risk of catching a cold!
