My Sister Wants To Become a Personal Trainer Too
My sister called me tonight to ask me if I knew what types of materials and training courses would be needed to become a personal trainer. I advised her to check a few online courses to see if that is something that she would be able to do while she is working full time during the day. I am somewhat out of date when it come to the latest techniques and equipment that is available today and I would like to take a course or two myself.
