Pills Take if Off but Don’t Keep it Off

Okay, I’ve tried the pills and they sort of worked until I stop taking them and then the weight just piles back on.  So, I’m basically starting over again, but this time I want to know how to lose weight fast without pills.  I don’t want to keep subjecting my body to a weight loss, gain yoyo.  It’s unhealthy and I usually feel miserable.  Everything I’ve read tells me I need to eat more lean cuts of meat, fish, fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.  So, I’ve cut out fried, refined and junk foods and replacement them with fresh, raw, baked, broiled or steamed foods.  And, I’m adding a little exercise to the mix.
