If you walk you have to do it early because if you do it at the end of the day you would be pressured to get those steps for weight loss because you are already tired of your whole day activities. It would make things easy for you if you do it early in the morning. If you could not get the 10,000 steps in the morning your progress in the morning could take your strain away. You also need to give time in your walking because if you want to lose weight you need to allocate time for it in order for the program to work.
