Start The Day With A Healthy Smoothie.

I always like to start the day with a nice healthy fruit juice. I found some new healthy eating recipes to make my own smoothie to give me an energy boost in the morning. There is nothing better than leaving the house revitalised and ready to face the day. Knowing that I have started my day with increased brain power and in high spirits sets me off with a positive attitude to face the rest of the day. I also know that when I come home after a hard days work, I am looking forward to another healthy meal by simply adding more goodness in the form of high alkaline, energy boosting foods to my recipes. Foods I might already have in my store cupboards, such as mushrooms, salmon, broccoli and spinach, eaten with a healthy drink of blueberries and pomegranite, followed by a treat of dark chocolate. All set for a restful night.
