Weight loss at work
A lot of us spend a considerable amount of time in the 6 by 6 cubicle we call workplace. Working 8 hours a day sitting at our desk is the maximum exerting hard work that we do every day. The only harder work that we do is picking ourselves up to the water cooler or coffee machine a few times a day and to the meeting room to attend mundane team meetings. With a lifestyle like this it is but a matter of time that we are going to turn into the perfect barrels which we all used to laugh at. However we can turn our work days into ways of weight loss if we use a bit of thought. Intend to not use the elevator for the entire stretch. Get off 3-4 stories before and take the stairs from thereon. Park your car at the end of the lot so that you can walk all the way to get into your car are just couple of ways to ensure that we get some exercise a day.
