An Idiot Proof Diet?

FatLoss4Idiots (formerly WeightLoss4Idiots) was released in year 2004. The fasting is based on an on-line generator that will create daily meal plans based on your matter preferences. The fasting follows a 14 period cycle – 11 life of planned meals, followed by 3 life of “cheat” meals. The fasting has been called some things – the “Fools Diet”, the “fat loss for idiots diet” – and some other condescending terms. Fat Loss 4 Idiots matter is made up of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables, and the sources of fat become from whole foods (such as house mallow or eggs). You can even include some carbs (such as pasta and oats). The period is divided into 4 meals that should be ingested at a peak of 2 1/2 hours apart. There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on assets size – Fat Loss 4 Idiots says you “just eat short of being full”.
