Autism
Autism is a difficult condition for parent to deal with. There are so many conflicts between different points of views on it. The most recent controversy is the role of the MMR vaccine in causing it. The vaccine is usually given around the age of 3. This is also the peak age onset for the development of autism, which lead some people to suggest that the vaccine causes autism. The anti-vaccination brigade champion this claim and parent like to grasp it so they have something to blame for the autism (and the potential for litigation). All the evidence says it is not the vaccine that caused the autism
