I see ramps for wheelchairs in my future.
My mother broke her hip last week and once they have done the surgery and she begins to heal and is ready to then come home, we will need information on ramps for wheelchairs.
I hope that she gets well enough to actually walk again but we are being realistic in that she may not ever walk again.
The possibility of being wheelchair bound is a daunting one for us, her potential caregivers in that it could be nearly full time work taking care of her daily needs.
Thank goodness I’m not a single child and actually have some good relatives close by that are willing to help.
