Kelly Ripa Workouts diet
Kelly Ripa Workout diet is devised by her personal trainer Keith Byard. It is quite simple to follow yet it is very strict. You must take up some ideas from it as they would help you lose weight even without the workouts as well:
· Have the meals on time and do not skip them.
· Drink lots of water.
· Have only home cooked food. Do not have junk foods, canned items and processed ones.
· Have lots of nuts, fresh vegetables, salads, fish, etc.
· Avoid sugary foods, oily foods and processed foods.
· Quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
