My Baby Sister Took a Tumble
When my baby sister was eleven, she fell off the roof of our house. Don’t ask me what she was doing up there, but it probably had something to do with the fact that she had so many brothers. It was really scary and she ended up being sent by helicopter to a children’s hospital. She made an amazing recovery, surprising all her doctors. She did have a bit of residual effect, especially at first. Her doctors put her on seizure medications just in case and sent her home with a kids medical bracelets just in case she suffered lasting symptoms. She continued to recover well at home and was weaned off her medications before too long. It was amazing to see her do so well.
