Sudden hair loss and stress

 

When a person is under stress, one of the first things to suffer is sleep and diet. You might turn to smoking and alcohol to relieve stress. Junk food will make you happy temporarily and before you know it, you are in a terrible cycle which is affecting your hair and causing Sudden hair loss. Our hair need vitamins and nutrition just like any other organ in our bodies. If you do not eat adequate healthy food, then this will affect your hair negatively.
