Apartment Aquaponics
I live in a fairly large city. There is the sites, sounds and smells of any large metropolis. It all gets a little much for me sometimes because I was raised on a small farm. So what do I do when I need a little reprieve? I go to my balcony with a good book. No, not an ebook, a good old hard cover REAL book and sit near my aquaponic system and read and watch the Koi fish. I am so glad I learned how to aquaponics becuase chewing on some herbs while I read and listen to the bubbling in the fish tank, it really takes me away from the big city.
