When I went on maternity leave I figured I’d better start my search for a nanny right away because I knew it would take a LONG TIME to find the right person to leave my newborn baby with while I was at work. I started my search on care.com to find a nanny or babysitter in my area. Much to my surprise, it didn’t take long at all. Care.com had many qualified caregivers right in my town for me to choose from. I set up three interviews for the first day and by the end of the day, I had chosen the nanny for my son for when it was time for me to go back to work.
