Around the world, there are independent financial services that provide adverse credit bad credit mortgages. Berkley Vittoria, based in England, is one such firm. They offer a variety of services to their clients, including mortgages, re-mortgages, debt consolidation, and assistance for those individuals who wish to start fresh with a new lender. They front most fees needed to complete the process, including solicitor’s fees (which I am assuming is the same as an assessor in the United States), and they in turn charge a service fee that is included in the final mortgage. When my husband and I purchased our home, we had decent credit, but we did not have the money for all the fees. We, too, opted to include those fees in the mortgage, therefore spreading them out over the next thirty years!
