Use a Trailer Smoker for the Best BBQ
National barbecue champion Chris Marks has apparently endorsed a brand of smoker and BBQ called "The Good One", owned by Ace of Hearts.
I recently had the opportunity to taste some brisket that was slow cooked smoked on a trailer smoker that they distribute, and it was absolutely unbelievable.
Normally I like my meat rare, but when cooking on the smoker, the meat seems to go past rare, into well-done, and then the chemistry seems to change somehow, as it begins to get flavorful and juicy again. This was the most tender meat I’ve ever tasted, and I just wish I had a bigger driveway…
