Good Information from Court Records
One of my first projects at work was to research old records. At first, I didn’t think you would be able to find anything useful in old court records, but I was very wrong. My boss finally explained to me that the court records didn’t just pertain to the people involved. You could actually learn quite a bit about the laws involved and in certain cases, you could even find out background information about other people. It was very interesting to see what we could find.
