I Should Have Kept My Letter
Earlier this month I received a letter from a lawyer saying he had several other people that had received the same hip replacement part as I, wanting to fight a lawsuit for Depuy hip defects. I told my husband about the letter and he told me that unless I was experiencing any of the problems not to even worry about it, so I threw the letter out. Well that was pretty silly of me because last night I started feeling pain in my hip area, I should have kept the letter, because now unless they contact me again I’ll have to find a lawyer on my own.
