I moved to a state where pools were second nature to every home owner. Anyone that owned a home also owned a pool. The company that I was going to be taking care of had never learned anything about real pool safety and so without bringing in a lot of change all at once, I decided to focus on things such as I had learned in the first few months of training. Things such as pool injury, drain entrapment were brought up so that there would be a soberness of mind as they learned about how to be safe. I immediately saw a change.
