Shirley Temple
I remember when I was little and found out that Shirley Temple was no longer a child my age I was sad. I was such a big fan of hers that I collected every doll I could that resembled her or portrayed her role in a movie. I thought that the little girl on tv would be my friend one day and I did not know she was now an adult and married. I still have the collection of antique dolls from my childhood and I can not wait to share them with my children one day. Perhaps I will have the conversation with them too that Ms. Shirley Temple is all grown up.
