Driver Collides on Route 216

A flatbed truck was hit by another vehicle while heading along Route 216 around 6am. The 71-year-old driver of the passenger vehicle from White Hall, Maryland, succumbed to injuries in the wreck. At the time of the wreck he was driving westbound when he stopped for a stop sign in his Honda Civic. He then turned in front of a semi-truck. As an auto accident attorney germantown, I hope nobody else was hurt in this wreck. The tractor-trailer driver was not hurt in the wreck. The tractor-trailer driver did not need to stop, so police believe the other driver may be at-fault. Route 216 shut-down due to the wreck, which is still under investigation by authorities.

If you or a loved one were hurt in a crash resulting from a negligent driver, get in touch with a personal injury attorney who can investigate your case. An attorney will fight hard to protect and defend your legal rights if you go to court.
