Importing Cuban cigars is not that bad

It is a common thought that passing around Cuban cigars such as the Montecristo No 2 is a crime in the United States. Yes that is true but their hasn’t been a real law passed that literally bans the possession or distribution of Cuban cigars in Canada. I guess you can say it’s more of a ‘fear thing. When you hear something is illegal, you naturally don’t want to get involved. However, especially in this case, if you do some research, you will find out that their are fines but no direct penalty for distributing Cuban cigars around. Plus if you are importing Cuban cigars for personal use, you are entitled to two boxes.
