Is it possible to train your body to jump higher?
I really can’t jump high at all. I have been trying to figure out how to exercise in order to increase vertical jump height when I am playing basketball, but I haven’t had much luck. Is it possible to train your body to jump higher? I really want to be able to do slam dunks, but so far I can’t get my jumps high enough to do that. Are there some exercises I could do that would help me train my body for this? I would love to get some advice on good exercises to help make it possible for me to jump higher.
